Public-register and sanctions data

The service displays and processes information from public sources, including Companies House public register data and the UK Sanctions List. This may include names, officer roles, nationality, partial dates of birth, appointment details, PSC information, and sanctions-related information where publicly available.

Caching and processing

We may temporarily cache public-source responses for performance, reliability, and rate-limit management. Companies House responses are intended to be cached briefly and are not used to create permanent user profiles.

Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address so we can send product updates and early-access information. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email at any time.

Logs and security

Our hosting providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request time, URLs visited, and error information for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability. We do not intentionally log full Companies House officer payloads.

Public-source corrections

Some information displayed by the service comes from public authorities or official public registers. If that source data is inaccurate, you may need to request correction directly from the relevant source, such as Companies House or the relevant government publisher.
